Our commitment
We design and build AutoFloat to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at level AA. Accessibility is part of how we design, write and test every feature, not a separate checklist at the end.
What we've built in
Every page, menu, date picker and form works with a keyboard alone, with a visible focus outline.
Labeled controls, meaningful headings and announcements for status changes and errors.
High-contrast text on dark backgrounds, text that scales with your browser settings, and plain language.
Animations turn off when your device asks for reduced motion.
Supported technology
- Current versions of Chrome, Safari, Edge and Firefox on desktop and mobile.
- VoiceOver on iPhone, iPad and Mac, TalkBack on Android, and NVDA and JAWS on Windows.
- Browser zoom up to 200% without losing content or function.
Known limitations
Some steps run in secure windows provided by our partners, such as bank linking and the ID check. These follow our partners' own accessibility standards. If you have trouble with either one, contact us and we'll help you finish another way.
Need help or have feedback?
If something on AutoFloat is hard to use, email accessibility@autofloat.co. Tell us the page and what happened, and we'll help you complete what you need and fix the problem for everyone. We respond within 2 business days.
